You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to 888-896-4876. After sending the SMS message “STOP,” we will send a confirmation message indicating that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
If you would like to rejoin, simply sign up again as you did the first time, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
If you experience issues with our messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance or contact us directly at 888-896-4876.
Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary. For questions regarding your text or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.

All reservations require payment through approved methods, including cash, a valid credit card, or a valid debit card where accepted.
By submitting payment, you authorize Milli Rentals LLC to charge your payment method for:
Rental fees
Security deposits
Additional charges described in these Terms
Prices, fees, and rental rates are subject to change without prior notice.
All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Failure to appear at the scheduled rental time may result in the full rental charge.
Early vehicle returns do not guarantee partial or prorated refunds.
All customers must sign a separate Rental Agreement before receiving a vehicle.
The Rental Agreement governs:
Vehicle usage
Liability obligations
Damage responsibility
Fees, penalties, and additional terms
In the event of any conflict between these Terms of Service and the Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement shall control.
You agree to pay all additional costs incurred during or after the rental period, including but not limited to:
Late return fees
Fuel replacement charges
Cleaning fees
Traffic citations, tolls, parking tickets, and violations
Damage to or loss of the vehicle
Administrative and processing fees
These charges may be assessed and charged after the rental period has ended.
You may not:
Use the vehicle for any illegal purpose.
Permit unauthorized individuals to operate the vehicle.
Use the vehicle for rideshare, delivery, or commercial purposes unless expressly approved by Milli Rentals LLC.
Operate the vehicle while under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or any impairing substance.
Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement and additional fees or legal action.
You are fully responsible for:
Any damage to the rented vehicle during the rental period.
Any injury, loss, or property damage arising from your use of the vehicle.
Milli Rentals LLC shall not be liable for:
Personal belongings left inside the vehicle.
Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Renters must maintain valid insurance coverage or accept approved coverage options offered by Milli Rentals LLC where available.
Failure to maintain proper insurance coverage does not relieve you of financial responsibility for vehicle damage, loss, or liability claims.
By using our services, you agree:
Not to initiate chargebacks for legitimate charges.
To contact Milli Rentals LLC first to resolve any billing concerns.
We reserve the right to provide signed agreements, payment records, rental documents, and supporting evidence to dispute any chargeback claims.
Milli Rentals LLC may suspend or terminate your access to its services at any time due to:
Violation of these Terms
Fraudulent activity
Suspicious or unlawful conduct
Misuse of rental vehicles or company services
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
We collect, store, and process information necessary for business operations, customer support, legal compliance, and service delivery.

Your continued use of our website or services after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
